G & G Landscaping offers a full range of Irrigation Services including:
An automatic irrigation system can give you a healthy green lawn and more free time to enjoy the beautiful results. An automatic irrigation system takes the work and worry out of watering your lawn and landscaping. Your lawn and landscaping will benefit from the right amount of water, in the right spots, at the right time. Automatic systems use less water than a traditional rotary sprinkler. They are more efficient and provide proper moisture. Hose-end products simply cannot match the performance of a properly installed irrigation system. Adjustable sprinklers allow you to fine-tune coverage and minimize waste. An automatic system delivers gentle, even watering for a more thorough soaking. There is less runoff and less wasted water. And, systems can be programmed to water at the best time, early in the morning.
Over time modifications may become necessary to fine-tune an existing sprinkler system. Irrigation Maintenance Service options include:
- Cleansing of nozzles for proper spray
- Replacement of pop-ups & rotors
- Adjustment and movement of sprinkler heads for better coverage
- Raising of sprinkler heads
- Additional sprinkler heads for newly developed areas
- Irrigation product upgrades for better performance
- Repair of leaks and poor performing systems
- Adjust sprinkler heads for accurate coverage
Spring start-up begins during the latter half of March. It is at this time that G&G Landscaping would start up and fine tune your irrigation system for the season. A typical spring start-up program may include:
- Annual mandatory testing and maintenance of backflow devices
- Closing of the system drain valves
- Opening of the main shut off valve
- Making necessary irrigation head adjustments
- Program irrigation timer
Winter shut-down services are scheduled between October and November of each year. A typical irrigation shut-down would include the following:
